Investors in People Award Gold Accreditation


Autoline Insurance, one of Northern Ireland’s leading insurance brokers, has become one of less than 20 companies locally to be awarded gold accreditation against the Investors in People Standard. The award demonstrates the company’s commitment to high performance through good people management.

Autoline has been assessed at gold standard by Investors in People since 2011. The accreditation was successfully reaccredited following a combined Insights and Health and Wellbeing Assessment.  The company also received a Health and Wellbeing Award.


Commenting on the award, Claire Curran, Human Resource Manager for Autoline, said:

“Staff are the lifeblood of Autoline and our primary point of contact with customers.  We pride ourselves on being a market leader in customer service as evidenced by high levels of customer retention, supported by multiple industry awards and national standards.

“We work hard to engage and motivate our staff, offering trainee positions, acting-up opportunities, structured leadership programmes, specialist and champion posts.  Our aim is to provide vision and a well-defined set of principles and values that provide everyone with a cohesive sense of what the company wants to be.”

The report concluded that “there is a sense of pride in the quality of service provided to customers; of the brand and the reputation in the marketplace. People have a consistent understanding of the aims, objectives and key priorities and the importance of their roles in helping to achieve them.”
